Hi. My dog looks just like yours too! He has the same markings and colors and even the curly tail. We saw another dog who looked like our dog's twin at the SPCA last month. Apparently, there are a lot of these little guys. We were told that our dog is a sheperd mix of some sort. But I think the markings look a lot like a rottweiler too. People have told me the tail is a chow thing. I'd like to show you a picture but I'm not sure how to do that.

I adopted my Molly from craigslist...the people I got her from said she was a lab/shepherd mix, but I'm not totally convinced of that. Molly is 5 months old and weighs about 30 pounds...she has a long pointy nose, little round black eyes, and short floppy ears..she has a short white coat that is mostly covered by large orangish-brown patches and smaller spots of the same color...her belly and legs are speckled, too...when she gets excited or scared, the hair along the back of her neck and between her shoulder blades stands up & forms a little ridge...she's only 5 months old and seems to have just "found her bark", but most of the time, she communicates by mouthing out this wierd howl/whine sound...my husband thinks she's part lab, part beagle...she's a digger, and she loves to chase birds (she'll ignore a cat when we're on a walk, but birds drive her crazy)...i dont know how to post pics on here, so if anyone is interested in helping me figure out the parentage of my dog I would really appreciate it...thanks

Me and my husband just adopted a 8 week old puppy from a local animal shelter. I just feel in love as soon as I seen him. Only problem is.. I have no idea what kind of dog he is or how big he will get! If anyone thinks they know. Please let me know! Thanks!

Ok here is the thing i got a dog off my cousin . . . story is she is an English Staff X American Staff. now she has the build but ppl have questioned her breed . . . just wanting to know if anyone can confirm her Breed for me and or if she is Mixed with somthing else as well. And she is a Gorgeous Girl.

It's really tough to tell the breeds of a puppy. As he matures some characteristics may show up better. Comparing his size to your hands in the photo, he looks like he could grow up to be mid-size to fairly big. In case you're interested, I'm including a link to my puppy course. There's really no way to know your dog's lineage for sure but she appears to be Am Staff to me. She may fill out more as she matures and also some dogs just vary from breed standards.

I adopted this dog about a year ago and no one seems to know what he is! At first I was told a terrier/poodle mix then a terrier/spaniel mix. I think he is a cocker/lhasa. Please help!
