Now how did I miss responding to this from my editor, yikes!

I agree and to have them into their old age to be able to give back to them a little bit of what they so willingly give throughout their lives in devotion to us is a really a no-brainer as far as I'm concerned Joy.

We can learn a lot by having and caring for our dogs as seniors rather than trading them in for a newer model as I hear happens so often. That is not an option as our dogs are for life: the entire life!
