» katabell - Puppy in the litter box

We have the two dogs, Indi who is 7 and Zoe who si 2 1/2 months. Zoe has started sticking her head in the litter box to see what she can grab to chew on.

This is so gross and I hate to reach in her mouth for her findings. How do I get her to stop without interferring with my cat using the box?

Hi Katabell,

Yuck it is gross! A lot of dogs do this for a variety of reasons not the least being they like stinky things! However, often it is because they are needing some missing mineral or nutrition in their diet.
