In response to dog smell posted by ldzach02:I'm going to ask you a question before responding to yours...what are you feeding your dog? Dogs, if fed correctly do not have smelly breath, bodies or poop. So this problem goes to what is being fed. Typically kibble-fed (commercially packaged dry food) is the culprit behind these problems. By feeding a dog what is natural to them you can eliminate problems such as:
Bad breath
smelly bodies
smelly poop
dirty teeth
and a miriad of other problems that are primarily attributable to being commercially fed. Please read these articles that I've written here on the Dogs Topic for further help:

I suspect that therein lies your problem with your dog not smelling good.
Have a tail waggin' day!
