» linkis3 - natural treatment for senior eyes
My dog,who is twelve yrs. old & kept indoors, appears to have had an injury to her eye. It is a bit swollen & has some discharge. Her head feels warmer than usual. Is there some type of natural remedy that I can use to help heal her eye?-- posted by linkis3

In response to natural treatment for senior eyes posted by linkis3:I use a lot of aromatherapy in my own dog health care but it isn't something you would use directly on an eye. I hope you'll consider getting your dog's eye checked before using a natural remedy, especially if you don't know specifically what the problem is and your dog is an older dog so it is better to be safe than sorry. Let me know what your vet's diagnosis is and then maybe I can help once you have that determined.
