Hi, recently my 3 yr old pomeranian's blood work showed high creatine (2.7) and bun (26.3) levels with small amounts of protein in his urine. My vet diagnosed him as having moderate kidney failure. My dog is not showing any of the expected symptoms and I am wondering how you and your dog made out and what the diagnosis turned out to be. I too am very concerned and any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much.
