» piltuc2004 - What breed?

I just received this 3 month old puppy. The people who gave her to me said she was a Siberian Husky mix but were not sure what mix. Any ideas? Thanks.

She doesn't show the Husky much except for the mask on her face. I would say she's probably mixed with Lab and/or something from the hound group. As she matures breed characteristics may become a little more prominent and easier to identify.

» bookie0116 - puppy cuts

Have you ever been so good at the main thing you could be good at? But the littlest things are what you're not good at? Well that's my hang up. I'm very good at major breed designs, but i suck at puppy cuts. This is the second time i've had a complaint about a puppy cut. I also have problems with getting legs even on shih-tzu's when the body gets a #4 or #5. please help.

I had to laugh as I read your post because I think we all have those hangups. For instance, I consider myself fairly knowledgeable about dogs but, unfortunately, I don't know anything about grooming them, past bathing and cutting out mats. Hopefully a reader with some grooming saavy will see this and offer some help.
