The side views don't show Great Dane bone structure as much as the face shots do. If he is only 18 lbs at 3 months I don't think he will get HUGE huge. Did the vet make any recommendations about his food? You could ask about one of the large breed puppy foods that are better for their skeletal growth so they're not so prone to joint problems later on. It may just be the picture but his collar appears just a bit tight. They grow so fast that you may want to check that every week. He's a handsome little fellow.
