She's probably just playing and that's the way puppies play. She doesn't realize that humans don't like it as much as puppies do. I would just try immediately ignoring her for a few minutes. I mean completely - don't talk to her, don't touch her, don't even look at her, just freeze. She likes the responses she gets when she jumps and nips. If you squeal or slap at her, to her, that's fun. If the fun stops, she will eventually learn that. Obedience training usually helps too. Teach her 'sit' and then require her to sit and be calm for attention. Puppies do have lots of energy and a good run or game of fetch in the yard may help. Above all, it takes patience because she is, after all, a baby, and will eventually grow out of it.
If however she really is showing aggression, I would get her into an obedience class yesterday, with a good trainer who will work with you on this.
